Call for Submissions
In July of 2024 my husband and I experienced the death of four friends quite unexpectedly. In an attempt to find a gift that could express our deepest condolences to our friends’ families I was unable to find a book of poetry or prose to help them heal, to understand that this life is only temporary, and that the glory of our souls passing to another heavenly realm is real.
I searched for poems, prose, proverbs from different religions, and quotes from the Bible, Torah, and Shakespeare. My goal now is to create an anthology of works that can offer hope and solace during a time loss, great distress and sadness.
If you are reading this and have a piece of written work or artwork that could add to this anthology please contact me through the submissions tab so that we may discuss a possible collaboration.

In love and light,
Erika

Perhaps they are not stars but rather openings in heaven
where the love of our lost ones
pours through and shines down upon us
to let us know that they are happy.
